October 18/11 The No UFO's "Mind Controls The Flood" 12" is officially out via London's Public Information. You can stream here. 300 copies, no repress, so don't hesitate to cop. EDIT: it's already SOLD OUT from the label but available here, here, here, here and here in North America. There will also be a vinyl edition of the "Soft Coast" CS around the end of the year. More details will follow. As far as Nice Up, we're very pleased to be releasing a Cloudface CS (NU004) with the long-delayed No UFO's "MPC Tracks Vol. I" CS (NU003) around the end of the year. After numerous delays Secret Pyramid's "The Silent March" c36 is finally available. You can order here. Distro info to come. If you're in Vancouver it's currently in stock at Red Cat and Zulu. Secret Pyramid will be playing a few shows this summer, including one with No UFO's and other friends. Details will be posted when things solidify. In other news, NU003 is back in the works along with a couple other cassettes. More info in the next update. No UFO's "Mind Controls The Flood" 12" has reached the test-pressing stage and should hopefully be out by August. It features roughly 22 minutes of material, mostly new with a couple reworks. Late update. The new No UFO's cs, Mind Control, is out now on Dub Ditch Picnic. Some mailorder spots have copies on the way but you can order via the label here. If you're in Vancouver, Red Cat, Zulu and Zoo Zhop have it in stock. The c25 contains one kosmic trash collage and one singular, fluid piece. Good, bad and ugly vibes with some dark humor and zero conspiratorial content. Mind Control Side A: Mind Control Side B: Unfortunately, NU 002 and 003 have been pushed back a bit. 003 is on hold indefinitely (No UFO's MPC died..) but 002 is near completion and should see release in early 2011. More details on that and other projects soon. Lots planned for 2011. October 27/10Quick update: Tomentosa has the Soft Coast cassette in stock here. More soon!
